Fenwick and 2nd Avenue will become the new headquarters for the Housing Opportunity Commission of Montgomery County (“HOC”). The headquarters will consist of an approximate 82,000 square foot office building comprised of nine floors, housing the main offices of HOC, and will also include public spaces such as a Customer Service Center and the Commission’s hearing room.
The property is located in downtown Silver Spring, MD – within walking distance of significant public transportation, including Metro, and numerous urban entertainment and retail amenities.
