As Principal & Chief Executive Officer, Thomas D. W. Fauquier is involved with the long-term mission and overall guidance of Promark Partners’ operations and purpose. Tom boasts decades of experience in the servicing, ownership and development of commercial and multifamily real estate within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Tom started his real estate career with Eisinger, Kilbane & Associates, in 1976, and has since been deeply involved in the management, leasing, acquisition and development of commercial real estate, having held executive management positions or affiliations in several well respected local and national firms. In 2000, he co-founded Promark Real Estate Services, LLC, with longtime business partner Robert O. Eisinger.
In addition to Tom’s overall guidance and supervision of the company, he has an extensive knowledge and proficiency in the field of commercial real estate finance, ad valorem real estate taxation, due diligence, feasibility studies and value creation with regards to commercial real estate. Tom has been a court-appointed receiver, designated as an expert witness and sought as an independent consultant, with regards to commercial real estate, on several occasions. His experience in commercial real estate covers a broad spectrum of property types, property classes and complex challenges. Furthermore, he has sponsored several transactions involving the merger, acquisition, organization and syndication of real estate ownership and service entities. Tom’s Alma Maters include the University of Maryland and Missouri Valley College, where he earned a B.S. in accounting.

As Principal and Managing Member, Robert O. Eisinger oversees all aspects of Promark Partners’ daily operations and its investment portfolio. Mr. Eisinger’s career has encompassed all aspects of commercial real estate development, investment and management. After managing a Service Corporation within a local financial institution, Bob worked part time for Eisinger, Kilbane & Associates (EKA) while attending George Washington University MBA program. He worked for EKA more than a decade before setting out on his own, developing and entitling local real estate.
Bob’s father, Roger, introduced the concept of Air Rights to the Washington Metropolitan Area in the 1960’s with Eisinger, Kilbane & Associates, and Bob worked closely with his father to develop the third Air Rights Building and managed the entitlement process for EKA’s developments in Bethesda, to include the Marriott Residence Inn and Hampden Square. Concurrently, Bob developed the first major health club in Bethesda, MD Sport and Health, in 1980. In 2000, he co-founded Promark Real Estate Services, LLC, with longtime business partner Thomas D.W. Fauquier. Bob is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD. His alma maters include American University and George Washington University, and he holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

As Principal and Managing Director of Project & Asset Management, Rob Eisinger is responsible for overseeing asset and construction management as well as land procurement, entitlement and development for a range of assets in the Promark Partners portfolio. In addition, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining his father at Promark in 2007, he spent five years with the Clark Construction Group and Clark Builders Group, with a focus on multi-family and institutional construction projects in the District and Virginia. Rob proudly serves on a number of boards in the local community. Rob holds a business degree from Wake Forest University.

As Principal and Managing Director of Development, Peter McLaughlin focuses on acquisitions, portfolio strategy, development opportunities, and project financing. Prior to joining Promark Partners in 2013, Pete directed the off-campus property portfolio for Howard University, and also provided development and advisory services at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, an MBA from American University, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Washington Real Estate Group.

As Principal and Managing Director of the Commercial Leasing and Sales division at Promark Partners, Gregory Klein oversees all activities related to commercial leasing and sales. He also provides real estate advisory services to developers, owners, investors, landlords and tenants with his extensive experience in land acquisition and land assemblage. Greg has been involved in transacting commercial real estate deals for more than 30 years. His previous roles include Vice President for the Grubb & Ellis Company, where he successfully marketed office, medical, industrial and R&D properties for major developers, and provided tenant representation services to both local and national companies. He came to Promark Partners from Vanguard Realty Group. Greg is a native of Montgomery County, MD.
An upcoming Promark Partners Advisory Committee, being formed to provide high-level, strategic guidance and leadership regarding the company’s future goals and initiatives, will be led by Chairman Sy Zuckerman.

As a Founding member and Co-Chairman of Vanguard Realty Group, Mr. Zuckerman’s primary focus was on client development, in addition to serving in an advisory role to the Company and its clients. As Advisory Committee Chairman for Promark Partners, Sy will continue to provide high-level, strategic guidance and leadership regarding the company’s future goals and initiatives.
Mr. Zuckerman has enjoyed 40 years of serving the commercial real estate needs of the Metropolitan Washington DC area. His career, which began 50 years ago in New York, includes such experiences as an officer and director for two public companies developing major shopping centers in Canada, and was President of Polinger Company, Zuckerman Kronstadt, and President of the Northeast Region for Pinnacle Realty Management Company. In addition, he has been appointed by the Court as Receiver for a number of properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland as well as an L.L.B. from the University of Maryland Law School, and a Property Management license in the District of Columbia. Mr. Zuckerman has served on the Board of Directors for AOBA and remains active as a Board member for several nonprofit organizations, to include AJC, The Hebrew Academy, The National Hebrew Hospital of Denver, the Potomac Place Condominium Association, and World ORT.

Since joining Promark Partners in 2000, Allison has held various roles within the company, where she currently serves as Vice President, Director of Corporate Services & HR. Allison is responsible for managing a full range of Human Resource initiatives, including Workforce Planning, Employee Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment/Benefits administration. Allison works closely with the senior management team to provide direction and guidance on personnel management issues and initiatives. In addition, Allison oversees the daily administration of the company’s corporate office, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Management Studies/Human Resource Management.

Darryl Dickerson began his career with Promark Partners in 1999 as an Accounts Payable professional, in support of the company’s commercial property portfolio. Throughout his impressive career at the company, Darryl has continuously assumed additional responsibilities, ultimately managing a team that has grown alongside the growth of the portfolio. Darryl’s primary responsibilities include managing the financial reporting, cash management, year-end tax work and client relationships for Promark Partners’ residential portfolio. In addition, he assumes these responsibilities for a segment of the company’s commercial portfolio.
Darryl graduated from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore in 1996, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Jeanette Mathias began her career with Promark Partners in 2000, and in her role manages the financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and year-end tax work for the Commercial Property Management Division of the company. After graduating from Shepherd College in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Jeanette worked for Zuckerman Kronstadt in Bethesda, MD until teaming up with Bob Eisinger in 2000 to co-found Promark Real Estate Services, LLC, today known as Promark Partners.

Leslie began her career with Promark Partners in 2009 as the Director of Marketing & Communications. In her current role, Leslie is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all external and internal marketing strategies and communications activities, and for the development and implementation of support materials in the areas of marketing, communications and public relations for all company products and services. Leslie’s role also involves participation in charting the direction of the organization with other senior management staff, assuring its accountability to all constituencies.
Prior to working at Promark Partners, Leslie’s career highlights include 14 years at Washington DC based retailer Britches of Georgetowne where she held various roles, ultimately serving as a Regional Operations and Marketing Director.
Leslie is a native of Montgomery County, MD, and attended the University of Maryland, College Park.

As Sr. Vice President, Director of Business Development, Mr. Guevara is responsible for advancing Promark Partners’ presence in the market for both direct acquisitions and third-party assignments, with a focus on expanding the company’s portfolio in the mid-Atlantic region, to include commercial office & medical office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, flex, warehouse and industrial, land, and special purpose buildings.
Prior to joining Promark Partners, Mr. Guevara held the position of Vice President, Property Management for The Bernstein Companies, a privately-owned third generation real estate firm in Washington, DC. During his nine years with Bernstein he was responsible for overseeing a team of management and engineering professionals, and a portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet of institutional grade assets. Prior to Bernstein, Luis was a member of the Property Management Division of Lowe Enterprises mid–Atlantic, a national real estate company. Mr. Guevara is a Real Estate Broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate services industry.

Mark F. Dewey joined Promark Partners in 2017 as Vice President, Director of Residential Property Management. In his role, Mark is responsible for overseeing Promark Partners’ Residential portfolio.
Prior to joining Promark Partners Mark worked at Equity Residential and Avalon Bay Communities where he was responsible for multi-family assets in Maryland, Chicago and Minnesota. Mark also served on the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board for four years and secured his Certified Property Management designation while working at Avalon Bay.
Mark holds a degree in General Business from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from Loyola University. Originally from Wisconsin, Mark currently resides in Howard County, MD.

Tim Fauquier began his career at Promark Partners in August of 2009 as a Commercial Real Estate Tax Consultant, also providing specialized market research in support of commercial real estate professionals. During that period, Tim gained experience in commercial property management and lease administration, providing valuable assistance to property owners and management agents in dealings with real property assessments and taxing agencies. In 2012, Tim transitioned into managing Class A office buildings, to include the Medical office portfolio managed by Promark Partners. Overseeing a full variety of commercial properties, Tim’s extensive knowledge of contracts, and property accounting provides the necessary support for Promark Partners’ new acquisitions and financing projects.
A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD, Tim graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2009 with a BS in Economics.
