451 Hungerford Drive’s Shrinking Vacancy Rate

By signing court reporting firm Planet Depos, LLC, an affiliate of Promark Partners has pushed the Rockville building located at 451 Hungerford Drive to 96 percent leased. Planet Depos took 14,254 square feet, or a full floor at 451 in the most recent of four signings. Promark Partners also put Montgomery County into 4,241 square feet, All Star Pediatric Dentistry LLC into 2,868 feet, and Katie Zhang M.D., LLC into just under 1800 feet.
