Union of Two Firms Creates Rockville-based Real Estate Company That Does Almost Everything

February 6, 2018 – A pair of Montgomery County real estate firms that have a history of working together have combined to form a single company that does basically everything.  Rockville-based Promark Partners is a marriage of Promark Real Estate Services, a developer, and Vanguard Realty Group, a property management company.
